David Colby is COO of the Service Cloud at Salesforce, the world's #1 customer service platform. He leads growth strategy, product execution, and operations for the multi-billion dollar Service Cloud business. David started at Salesforce in Nov, 2010, and led Product Growth and Strategy across all core Clouds for 8 years before moving into the Service Cloud COO role in August 2018.
David joined Salesforce after 12 years in leadership, product strategy, product management, and consulting roles at Qualcomm, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Personalogic - a startup acquired by AOL TimeWarner.
