Jeff Salvesen is a corporate attorney in Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.’s San Francisco Headquarters office. He works on Schwab’s corporate governance team, focusing his time on the company’s multiple bank charter strategy and compliance with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency’s Heightened Standards and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation’s Statement of Principles of Trust Department Management. Before that, he was Vice President and in-house counsel for California United Bank, until its merger with Pacific Western Bank in 2017. Jeff graduated from Bentley University with a Bachelor of Science degree in corporate finance and accounting. He received his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law, with a certificate in dispute resolution, and was a member of Pepperdine’s Dispute Resolution Law Journal.
