JA Launchpad is a 16,231 sq. ft. center in the heart of Silicon Valley that reimagines career education as an immersive, "Innovation Playground." Guided by LEED-informed principles, the space connects students with industry mentors and high-tech tools, equipping them to thrive in a rapidly evolving economy.

High-Impact Programs: Powered by 1,000+ Volunteers
• JA Finance Park: Volunteer-coached capstone simulation where students use interactive technology to manage budgets in 13 themed Launchpad Learning Pods.
• JA Company Program: Entrepreneurship accelerator where student teams leverage market research and digital tools to launch real businesses.
• Career & Innovation Summits: Industry-led events offering hands-on skilling and direct mentorship from corporate volunteers.
