Program Associate, Central Valley
This part-time position will assist in program implementation in the Central Valley with particular emphasis on volunteer and educator training, support, and recognition. The Program Associate must maintain the organization’s high standard of quality, ensure adherence to Junior Achievement’s program implementation standards, and develop and maintain positive relationships with educators and community partners. VP of Development
The VP of Development is an executive role designed to scale our annual revenue from $3M to $5M+ in the next three years. Serving as the CEO's strategic partner and a key external representative of JA NorCal, the VP of Development will bring strategic vision, operational discipline, and a data-informed approach to fundraising. This leader will guide capital campaign efforts, strengthen donor engagement and stewardship, oversee signature fundraising events, and secure transformational support from institutional, corporate, government, and individual funders.
Development Associate/Assistant
Reporting to the VP of Development, the Development Associate plays an integral role in the day-to-day operations of the development department, supporting donor stewardship, fundraising operations, development communications, data management, prospect research, corporate partnerships, and fundraising events. This position works collaboratively across departments and with donors, sponsors, volunteers, vendors, and community partners to ensure accurate gift processing, timely stewardship, effective communications, and successful execution of development initiatives.
Education Program Manager
The Education Program Manager oversees the delivery of Junior Achievement programs through partnerships with schools, educators, volunteers, and community stakeholders. This role is responsible for managing programs and events, coordinating volunteer engagement, ensuring program quality and fidelity, supporting program growth, and cultivating positive relationships that drive successful student outcomes in Oakland and the surrounding cities. As a key member of the Programs team, the Education Program Manager ensures effective program implementation and stakeholder engagement across the Oakland community. Salary Range: $70,000-$75,000 DOE
