The JA Career Accelerator Program equips young people with the skills and experience they need to launch successful careers. Students gain valuable hands-on experience through real-world work placements. Additionally, they participate in partner-led workshops that focus on developing essential, transferable skills such as communication, teamwork, and critical thinking. By the end of the program, students will have identified their career paths, built professional networks, and developed the confidence to successfully navigate the job application and interview processes.
Partnering with JA provides your company with access to a diverse and vetted pool of talented young candidates. This program offers you the opportunity to cultivate the next generation of employees and build a customized talent pipeline tailored to your specific needs.
We are SEEKING PARTNERS to provide a 30-hour work-based learning opportunity for 5-15 students. This experience, which typically lasts 2-4 weeks, will expose students to real-world work environments and connect them with industry experts. We will work closely with partners to design and implement a meaningful and impactful learning experience for all participants. A stipend of $16-18 per hour (~$540 total) will be provided for each student.
