Kesh is a seasoned business leader with a proven track record of driving complex cross-functional transformations resulting in YoY revenue growth and customer success at Oracle, Cisco and GE Digital. He has over twenty year experience in strategy, operations, product development, sales and services. Kesh is passionate about driving operational rigor, creating enthusiastic teams and delivering great business results.

Prior to GE Digital, Kesh helped drive the transformation of Cisco from a hardware to a software and services company. He pioneered the rationalization of over thirty-five disparate software licensing technologies to one single cloud-based licensing platform for all of Cisco. He developed & commercialized the first Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) model for Security and Collaboration business groups that kick started a huge business opportunity for Cisco. Kesh also led a cross-functional team across product and services to capture a huge network refresh opportunity within Cisco’s install base. He has frequently presented at Cisco Live, ETABs, Partner Summits & other external events.

Before joining Cisco, Kesh led product strategy & management for Oracle’s High Technology & Manufacturing industry. He was responsible for managing & growing the business through strategic acquisitions and in-house development. Prior to Oracle, Kesh was a consultant at Deloitte Consulting.

Kesh did his undergraduate studies in mechanical engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras, and holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Technology. He has been awarded a U.S. patent for his for his work in natural language query construction. He also coaches a team of middle school students for First Lego League and Tech Challenge competitions. Kesh serves on the Steering Committee of Industrial Internet Consortium and also on the board of directors for Junior Achievement of Northern California.
