2025 KP LAUNCH Internship

KP LAUNCH is a paid summer internship program introducing high school and undergraduate students to non-clinical careers in the healthcare industry.

We are seeking applicants from under-resourced communities and diverse backgrounds.

Interns receive:
- Full-time paid internships
- Hands-on assignments and professional development
- Exposure to careers in healthcare, an industry that never stops growing
- Networking and mentoring from leading health care professionals
- Opportunities to develop professional and personal leadership skills

Qualifications

High School Students
- Current student or recent high school graduate between ages 16 and 19 by June 1, 2025
- Enrolled in high school; general education degree (GED) program with no previous college experience since graduating
- Grade point average (GPA) of 2.5 or higher

Undergraduate Students
- Attends a community college, four-year university, or trade school; or graduation within one academic year of the program
- Ages 18 -24 by June 1, 2025
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Grade point average (GPA) of 2.5 or higher
