Nikki Tran-Dell'Eva is a BMO Market President & SVP of San Francisco Golden Gate Market. She oversees 14 retail locations in San Francisco, Peninsula and Marin.

Nikki has been in banking since 1997 where she began her career as a part time teller at First Interstate bank in Houston, Texas. She held various positions in retail banking; Nikki joined BMO bank in 2012 as an Area Manager and currently as a Market President. Nikki is very enthusiastic about community development and is committed to giving back to the communities. She is proud to support education programs with young people in her community, as financial literacy is a critical skill to help us live better.
She encourages her employees and colleagues to give back and support their communities in tangible and meaningful ways.

Nikki was nominated and received Volunteer of the Year Award by Junior Achievement in 2019 and by NFTE in 2024.

Nikki and her husband (James) have two children. 14-year-old girl, Collette and 11-year-old boy, Luca. They have two dogs, Bentley and Stella.

Nikki enjoys health and fitness. She is an average runner and a spartan racer. Nikki participated on average 5-10 races a year. She is a half marathon runner and thriving to be a marathon runner by the end of 2024.

During her free time and aside from all her volunteer commitments, she enjoys tennis with her daughter and wine tasting with their friends in Napa.
