Jessica is the Market Leader and Resident Managing Director for Aon in Northern California. She and her team empower results for Aon clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions that optimize business outcomes. In this role, Jessica is accountable for implementing business strategies, achieving growth targets, driving and communicating financial goals, ensuring operational excellence, and client satisfaction.
Aon's Northern California operations, encompassing the San Francisco, San Jose and Sacramento markets, are, collectively, among the top three geographic footprints for Aon in North America. With an industry-leading leadership team and deep expertise across Commercial Risk, Intellectual Property, Health, Wealth and Human Capital Solutions, Aon Northern California seeks to consistently deliver top-tier innovation, consultation, and broking.

Jessica has over 18 years of industry experience. Prior to her current role, she led the Commercial Risk Account Executive Practice in Northern California. Before joining Aon, Jessica gained experience in underwriting (Management Liability and Casualty), strategy and operations with insurers Zurich and XL.

She holds a BBA from the Sigmund Weis School of Business at Susquehanna University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. Jessica grew up in Pennsylvania, and spent much of her early career in New York before relocating to San Francisco.
